About Us

HopeNotes.com is a project of the Hope Camera Club in Ft. Worth.  We are a group of photography hobbyists, beginning to professional, advancing the photographic arts through education and fun. Our parent organization is Hope Church Ft. Worth.

We are organized in a way that anyone who likes photography at all, even a "point-and-shooter", can be a part.  We have instructional meetings, club 'outings' or trips, friendly competitions, but mostly we have tons of fun!  We also endeavor to promote and support arts events, and we support events and activities sponsored or organized by Hope Church.  Any more questions?  email us

FAQs

So how can you offer these photo note cards at such a low price?

We look at this project as a way of raising money for club expenses.  No one individual is taking any of the profit.  Since we are enthusiasts, none of us are looking to do that anyway.  The images used have been freely given for that purpose by each photographer.  Even some of the 'professionals' in the group have agreed to the use of their images.

Since we are a non-profit group, the monies are used for expenses and in the furtherance of community arts events.  Not only are you getting what we think may be the best deal on the internet in original photo note cards, but it's for a good cause too.

What are the cards like, their size and so forth?

The folded size is 4.25" x 5.5".  Matching envelopes are included.  The paper stock is a nice, high quality card stock, with a matte surface, and a smooth scored fold.  The image is ink-jetted with a photo printer in high resolution. Click photo at right to see a larger version.   Request a sample.

Shipping times?

For credit card orders, we produce the cards for you within a week of your order and then ship them via US Postal Service, First Class.  In most cases, you should have them 10-14 days from the date of your order.  In many cases, we will get them out much sooner.  Through December 23rd, we are completing and shipping orders from our office within 3 days of your paid order.  In many cases, your order will leave the very next day.

For Mail-a-Check and MO orders, we produce the cards for you within a week of receiving your check or MO.  This method is slower than a credit card purchase of course, and depends entirely on your timing of sending the payment.

What if I need them really fast?

No problem.  Just choose Express Shipping in the shopping cart.  The cart will show you the price automatically.  We use Federal Express Standard Overnight.  We will have the cards to you by the second day after your order.  i.e., order on Tuesday by 5pm CT, expect them on (or before) Thursday afternoon.  And we'll email you a tracking number.

What other policies are there that I should know?

TRANSACTION ENTITY: The most important one is this...you'll notice that the name IMAGE ONE MEDIA, FORT WORTH, TEXAS will appear on transactional records, like your credit card statement or check endorsements.  Please know that this is correct.  Image One is the company who is handling the transactions for HopeNotes.com and the Hope Camera Club.  They simply forward the money to the club.  The name HOPE NOTES will NOT appear on any of these documents.

WARRANTY:  If you're not happy with your purchase, simply return them to us within one week of receipt and we'll refund your money.  It's that simple.

PRIVACY:  The information we collect from you, such as name, address, email, etc., is not given or sold to anyone else.  It is used strictly in our order process.  The credit card info you give is done on a secure server (128-bit encrypted), at the same security level that most large and reputable on-line firms use (Amazon, YahooStores, etc).  That information does not go beyond our need to process the transaction.
